The Project
We have a diverse and community-driven reuse plan for the Historic YWCA at 2 Adams Avenue in Mason City.
Phase One of the project includes apartments, an art gallery, and commercial office space. Future development will feature artist studios, a performance space, capacity for an indoor urban garden, and more.
Our plan addresses several key needs for North Iowa’s continued growth by fostering a collaborative live-work environment in a creative and inspiring space. We are working with the SBDC, Pappajohn Center, Mason City Chamber of Commerce, IEDA, and other community stakeholders to bring this project to life and rehabilitate this iconic landmark.

This is a large project that relies on the support of people like you.
